What files should I send?
For audio, WAV is preferred, and MP3, M4A and FLAC also work. For video, MP4, MOV, MKV or WebM. Audio and video can come as separate files. For film, send OMF, AAF or WAV tracks with a reference video.
How fast is delivery?
Podcast editing takes 2–3 days with a 1-day rush available. Video podcast editing takes 2–4 days. Film mixes take 4, 7 or 14 days depending on the package.
Do you use AI on my recordings?
Only AI-assisted restoration, and only when a recording needs it. Your files are not uploaded to cloud AI services. Tell me if you prefer no AI processing.
My recording is very noisy. Can you fix it?
Severe noise can be reduced but not always fully removed. Send a short sample first and I will tell you honestly what to expect.
My episode is over 60 minutes, or I need a regular show.
